To bring your pyjamas to life, everything starts with the development phase. After having collected all your reviews on the design of your pyjamas, our modelist Olga retranscribes your ideas in a technical file which is sent to the workshop of confection. This allows them to have a precise vision of the desired cut.

Then our illustrator Florinda imagines for you unique prints first by drawing them by hand and then by reworking them on the computer to find the ideal color range.

Then the dressmakers of our Supercorte workshop will make several prototypes of your pyjamas, until they reach the exact fit you want. This development takes time and mobilizes many people.

To minimize our impact on the environment, we have chosen to use Tencel™, as the fabric for your pyjamas. An ecological, durable and resistant material, which has a cost: it is the 2nd most important expense item for Nêge. It includes the purchase of Tencel™ from the manufacturer Lenzing, the weaving of the Tencel™ yarns into fabric at João & Feliciano, and the printing of our designs at Satinskin Têxteis. The João & Feliciano and Satinskin Têxteis workshops are notably OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified, and we will visit them regularly to build a long-term and sustainable relationship with them.

We have chosen to produce locally: all our partner workshops, from weaving to manufacturing, are located in the Porto region, in Portugal.

It represents our biggest expense. To make sure that pyjamas is as comfortable as it is elegant, we have chosen to work with Supercorte a workshop known for its know-how and the quality of the clothes it makes. The dressmakers of the workshop carry out a meticulous work of cutting and sewing, to give life to your dreamt pyjamas.

To offer you a fair price while minimizing our impact on the environment, this also means the reduction of packaging.

These 2€ include the label attached to your pyjamas, the organic cotton pouch that will protect your pyjamas and its packaging. Unfortunately, we can't do without packaging, but we have tried to optimize it to limit its impact.

Each shirt and pants of pyjamas comes with a label to identify the information specific to this model. Made of 100% recycled paper, and recyclable, you can reuse it as a bookmark for all your bedside books.

For each order of a pyjamas, we offer you a nice GOTS certified organic cotton pouch to protect it, we hope you will like to reuse this pouch to carry your pyjamas or your personal belongings when you travel.

Finally, we offer two packaging options.

The first one? A minimalist packaging in the form of an envelope instead of a box, which will take care of your pyjamas during transport. All certified FSC, recycled and recyclable.

The second? A Hipli package that can be reused up to 100 times, to avoid cardboard waste and to make an additional gesture for the planet (only available for France for the moment).

We design your pyjamas locally, in the region of Porto in the North of Portugal, which allows us to limit our impact in terms of CO2 but also the costs of transport by truck to our warehouse in Paris.

When your pyjamas arrives in Paris, we store it in a small warehouse, because we don't have the space to store it in our small Parisian apartments. This Parisian rent has necessarily a certain cost but it is also what allows us to be able to prepare your orders ourselves with care, and to deliver them to you as soon as possible.

In order to be 100% transparent, we have chosen not to include shipping costs in our logistics costs, to allow you to choose the option that suits you best. We offer several delivery options: 

- by bike for Parisian clients,

- in a Mondial Relay point for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, 

- by Colissimo (French post) to your home, 

- or, if you can move in Paris, you can also come and pick up your order for free in the 10th arrondissement or in the 15th arrondissement. 

The order pick-up and bike delivery options are particularly important to us, since they allow us to meet you. Because yes, it is us, Aliénor and Anne-Sophie, who will ride our bikes to deliver your beautiful order!

Being a young brand, we try to make ourselves known to as many people as possible. It is first of all thanks to you that, every day, new people discover Nêge. But to reach other people, we use traffic acquisition solutions like Google, Instagram or Facebook.

Our website is also a big expense, and requires a lot of investment in development, and time. And to allow you to order on our online store, we pay a monthly subscription to the e-commerce platform Shopify, as well as different applications to make the site more attractive and ergonomic for you.

Finally, to feed the website and allow you to project yourself in your pyjamas, we need nice pictures and videos by organizing beautiful shootings ! We have therefore chosen to work with talented professionals: a photographer and a videographer to take numerous photos and videos of pyjamas, from all angles.

A less poetic, less visible, yet so important cost item!

Administration includes all bank fees, accounting fees, insurance fees, transaction fees for our website, and commissions for our carefully selected intermediaries.
