Delivery in a relay point in 4 to 5 working days (Mondial Relay) - 4€ and Free from 150€ of purchase

Delivery in relay point in 4 to 5 working days (in reusable parcel HIPLI) - 5€ and Free from 150€ of purchase (Only available for France for now)

Home delivery in 2 working days (Colissimo) - 7,50 and free for purchases over 200€.


Retrait de votre commande à Paris dans nos bureaux du 10ème arrondissement (142 rue du Faubourg Saint Denis) ou du 15ème (6 rue de la Rosière). - Gratuit

Local bike delivery in Paris - 3€ and free for purchases over 150€.

Standard delivery times: usually around 4-5 working days for European Union countries and around 8-10 working days for the rest of the world.

Delivery to Mondial Relay Service Points in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands - 4€ and Free from 150€ of purchase

Delivery to Mondial Relay Service Points in Spain - 6€.


Home delivery by Colissimo :

- Switzerland - 8€

- European Union & United Kingdom - 12€

- Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Morocco, Norway, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine - 19€.

- Rest of the World - 28€.


Outside metropolitan France, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products. These charges apply independently of the customs declaration that NÊGE provides, and are at your expense upon delivery.


RETURNS

Si vos achats ne vous convenaient pas, vous pourrez nous retourner vos articles gratuitement pendant 30 jours depuis la France métropolitaine. 


We can only accept items returned in perfect condition (unworn, unstained, undamaged, unwashed) and complete (with the original elements: product label, fasteners, buttons).

Upon receipt of your items, you can choose between an exchange or a refund.


Sur les modèles en promotion, les retours seront évidemment possibles pendant 15 jours mais ils seront à votre charge sur ces prix tout doux. 


To generate a return request, simply click on the form below and fill in your personal information (name, mailing address, phone number, email address, order number), as well as the reason why you wish to make a return. We will then send you a confirmation email. 

Here are the conditions by country:

Metropolitan France (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) - Free on all models, except low prices / clearance sales

We will provide you by email a prepaid return label that will allow you to return your order for free. You will just have to print it and stick it on your package.

Please note that this return form is valid for 1 week. After this period of one week, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


European Union and rest of the world - At your expense

Using the carrier of your choice, return your order to the following address: NÊGE, 142 rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, 75010 Paris, FRANCE

Be sure to keep the tracking number so you can follow the shipment to our office.


Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within a maximum of 14 days and send you a confirmation e-mail.
