My order

I did not receive a confirmation email for my order

When you validate your order, we send you a confirmation e-mail summarizing your order.

If you don't receive it, please check your junk mail and write to us at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com if necessary.

I wish to modify or cancel my order

If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to change the size of an item or your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com indicating the reference of your order and the desired changes.

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com. We will refund the total amount of the order.

How can I track my order?

When your order is validated:

We will send you a confirmation email.

If it is a pre-order, we also send you an email at each stage of production, to inform you of its progress, until it is ready to be shipped to you.


When your order is shipped:

- If you have chosen the Colissimo delivery or in a Mondial Relay point, we will send you an email including a tracking number in order to follow the delivery.

- If you have chosen the delivery by bike or the pick-up at the Maison Nêge in Paris, we will contact you by email to agree on a date and time for the hand delivery.


When your order is delivered:

We will send you an email confirming the delivery. If you receive this email but have not received your package, please write to us at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com so that we can find a solution together.

My payment

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

You can pay your order on our e-shop with your credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard accepted in France), with Paypal, or with your e-gift card.


We also offer you the payment in 3x without fees and without minimum order, with our partner Alma.

Simply select the Alma payment method when making your payment.

For example, if you order a pyjamas at 145€, you can choose to pay 48,34€ at the time of your order, then 48,33€ one month later and finally 48,33€ two months later.

Is my payment secure?

The bank transactions made on our e-shop are secured and processed by our partner Stripe which offers a strict security system.

When will my bank account be debited?

Your bank account will be debited upon validation of your order.

I have difficulties to pay my order

In case of a payment error, you will receive a notification by email. In this case, we invite you to choose another payment method. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to write to us at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com.

How do I get my invoice?

As soon as your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email, summarizing your order. If you wish to receive an invoice showing the amount of VAT, do not hesitate to write to us at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com.

Delivery and order tracking

I would like an eco-responsible packaging

At Nêge, we are committed to limiting our environmental impact, and this includes reducing single-use packaging.

For each order, we offer you two packaging options to transport your pyjamas.


The "HIPLI reusable package" option:

We have partnered with Hipli to offer you a package option for each order that is reusable up to 100 times. This option is available only for France for the moment but we hope to be able to offer it in other countries very soon.

Upon receipt of your pyjamas, you simply have to fold the Hipli package following the instructions on the back.

Then you just have to slip it for free in any yellow mailbox of the French Post Office (to help you locate the nearest one, a QR Code is present on the parcel). Thanks to the postage printed on each parcel, the parcel comes back to Hipli's workshop in Le Havre, where it is cleaned, repaired if necessary and reused up to 100 times.

Besides, if your pyjamas does not suit you, you can use this Hipli package to return your pyjamas. The Hipli package contains a second tie to close and prevent the package from opening during transport, in order to return the package safely.


The option of a nice minimalist package:

We have chosen a minimalist eco-responsible packaging, in the form of an envelope and not a box, adapted to the dimensions of your pyjamas.

An FSC-certified envelope, guaranteeing that the paper used comes from sustainably managed forests, designed from recycled paper, and recyclable.


Finally, in both options, to nicely protect your pyjamas during transport, we put it in a small personalized pouch, made of GOTS certified organic cotton. We hope you will enjoy using it to carry your pyjamas or your personal belongings during your travels.

What are the delivery methods available?

We offer 4 delivery options:

- delivery in a Mondial Relay point for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain,

- home delivery by Colissimo, 

- bicycle delivery for Parisian customers 

- ou si vous pouvez vous déplacer à Paris, vous pouvez également venir récupérer votre commande dans nos bureaux du 10ème arrondissement (142 rue du Faubourg Saint Denis) ou du 15ème (6 rue de la Rosière).


The order pick-up and bike delivery options are particularly important to us, since they allow us to meet you. Because yes, it is us, Aliénor and Anne-Sophie, who will ride our bikes to deliver your beautiful order!

Delivery at home in 2 working days (Colissimo) - 7,50€ and Free from 200€ of purchase

Outside metropolitan France, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products. These charges apply independently of the customs declaration that NÊGE provides, and are at your expense upon delivery.

What are the delivery times?

Pre-order:

Pre-ordering means launching the production of our collections only after receiving the orders. A virtuous system that requires patience.

When you pre-order, we send you a confirmation email, then an email at each stage of production, to inform you of its progress. If you don't receive it, don't hesitate to check your junk mail.

The estimated delivery date of a piece is indicated on its product sheet as well as in your order confirmation email.

If a delay occurs, we will notify you immediately by email.

Classic orders:

Once your order is validated, we send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, do not hesitate to check your junk mail.

Nous préparons ensuite votre commande dans un délai de 24h à 48h (hors week-ends et jours fériés).


In metropolitan France, once your order is shipped, count :

- 4 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for delivery to a Mondial Relay point,

- 2 jours ouvrés (hors dimanche et jours fériés) pour une livraison à domicile avec Colissimo.

 

Si vous pouvez vous déplacer à Paris, vous pouvez également venir récupérer votre commande dans nos bureaux du 10ème arrondissement (142 rue du Faubourg Saint Denis) ou du 15ème (6 rue de la Rosière)..


Outside of France, the delivery times are 4-5 working days for European Union countries and 8-10 working days for the rest of the world.
In case of home delivery with Colissimo or in a Mondial Relay point, you can follow the progress of your parcel thanks to the tracking number indicated in your order confirmation email.

My package is supposed to have been delivered but I have not received anything

Don't worry, it may happen that you are notified a day in advance of the arrival of your package, while it will be delivered the next day. If you have not received your package the next day, we invite you to contact us at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com specifying the reference of your order.

I could not be present on the day of delivery

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will drop your package in your mailbox or leave a reviews . You can then pick up your package at your post office within 10 days.

However, it sometimes happens that the carrier does not leave a note atreviews . We therefore invite you to regularly check the status of your delivery with the tracking number that was sent to you in the email confirming the shipment of your order.


If it is indicated "Returned to sender" on the tracking of your package, it means that your package has been returned to us. In this case, the amount of the package will be automatically refunded to the bank account used for payment, and the item will be returned to stock. We invite you to contact us at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com so that we can find the best solution together.

What about customs fees?

In case of delivery outside of metropolitan France, customs fees may be applied by the carrier. These charges are at your expense and must be paid directly to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

What are the deadlines and conditions for a return?

If one or more pieces of your order do not suit you, you can return your items for 30 days. You can then choose between an exchange or a refund.

How do I make a return?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can make your return request and ask for an exchange during 30 days after the date of receipt of your order. To make a return request, simply fill out the form below with your personal information and the reason why you want to make a return. This information is valuable to us in order to improve our service.


Are you in France?

Les retours et les échanges sont offerts sur tous nos modèles de pyjamas (hors prix doux). Après avoir rempli le formulaire, nous vous enverrons une étiquette de retour prépayée, qu’il vous appartiendra d’imprimer afin de nous renvoyer votre commande.

Please note that this return form will be valid for 1 week. After this period of one week, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Are you abroad?

We will refund you as soon as we have processed and validated your return. However, if you do not receive your refund within 14 days after the proof of deposit of your package, please contact us at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com.

I wish to return an item purchased with a gift card

Upon receipt and validation of the returned item, if you have paid your order with a gift card, we will send you a new gift card by email. This new gift card will be usable on our e-shop.

My article has a defect

We have at heart to offer you quality pieces and the most durable possible. However, if your item has a defect, we invite you to write to us at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com and attach pictures to this email so that we can find the best solution together.

Responsibility and shipping of your return package

Your return package is your responsibility until we have received it. We will not be able to confirm the return of your items until we have received your return package.

Do not hesitate to note the tracking number of your return package to follow its routing to Maison Nêge. We also invite you to keep the proof of deposit of your package, the time we can process the return of your package.

In case of loss or any problem during the delivery of your return parcel, we invite you to contact the carrier who took care of this return, and to write to us to inform us at bonnenuit@nege-paris.com.

Can my return be refused?

Unfortunately, we may have to refuse your return request in two cases:

- if the 30-day period upon receipt of your order is exceeded,

- if the items are returned incomplete (labels, buttons..), worn, stained, damaged or damaged.


My pyjamas

What is my Nêge size?

On each product sheet, in the "Details" tab, you will find our size recommendations.

We try each of our products on different shapes, sizes and leg lengths to make sure we recommend the right size. We currently offer sizes 34 to 46 but we are committed to expanding our size range as soon as possible.

What do "C" and "L" mean in pant sizes?

Our pants are available in two lengths: short (C) - 92 cm or long (L) - 100 cm, to fit your leg length.

You are less than 1m68 tall? Choose the short version (C).

You are more than 1m68 tall? Opt for the long version (L).

How do I take care of my pyjamas ?

To help you care your pyjamas and limit its environmental impact, in addition to the label printed on the inside of your pyjamas, we have created a tab on each product sheet entitled "The Fabric". You'll find the most important laundry care tips.

If you wish to have more details and tips, we invite you to refer to our article dedicated to the care of your pyjamas.

You will also find recommendations for touching up, repairing and recycling your pyjamas.

How do I repair or touch up my pyjamas ?

We invite you to refer to our article dedicated to the repair of your pyjamas. If you are not comfortable with sewing or do not have the time to travel, we have partnered with Tilli, a home repair and alteration service, to help you repair or alter your pyjamas. By indicating the promo code " NEGE " on the Tilli website you will receive an immediate discount of 5€ on your first Tilli reservation.

What to do with my pyjamas at the end of my life?

If your pyjamas gets tired, we invite you to refer to our article dedicated to the recycling of your pyjamas.

You will find recommendations on how to give a second life to your pyjamas, as well as a map of containers from our partner Le Relais, where you can drop off your pyjamas.

Gift card

Would you like to offer a Nêge gift card?

We offer you on our e-shop an e-gift card, in the form of an email, to offer to the person of your choice.


How does it work?

You choose the amount of the gift card.

You receive the card by email.

You can then share it directly with the person to whom you offer it.

The lucky lady will then be able to order the pyjamas of her dreams directly from the entire Nêge Paris e-shop.

The gift card is valid for 2 years and can be used in several times on our e-shop Nêge Paris.


Gift Cards are not exchangeable or refundable.

Did you receive a Nêge gift card by mail?

From the moment you receive your e-gift card by email, you can use it for two years on our e-shop, in one or several times.

When you wish to use it, at the time of the validation of your basket, simply inform the code indicated in your e-mail e-gift card. The amount will then be deducted from the price of your order.
